  • In the stillness of my being,

    I slowed my breathing,

    I slowed my mind,

    And in that sacred space,

    Things began to unfold.

    Like a gentle breeze,

    Whispering secrets in my ear,

    The universe unveiled its mysteries,

    In a dance of cosmic harmony.

    I saw the colors of the sunset,

    Painted across the canvas of my thoughts,

    A vibrant symphony of hues,

    Melting into one another.

    The rhythm of my heartbeat,

    Synced with the pulse of existence,

    As every cell in my body vibrated,

    In tune with the cosmic orchestra.

    I felt the whispers of ancient wisdom,

    Caressing the depths of my soul,

    Guiding me along the path,

    With a gentle hand and knowing smile.

    Time ceased to exist,

    As I journeyed through realms unseen,

    Exploring the vast expanse,

    Of my own consciousness.

    I witnessed the birth of dreams,

    As they took flight in the ethereal realm,

    Manifesting into reality,

    With each breath of intention.

    In that moment of stillness,

    I found the power within,

    To create and shape my world,

    With thoughts and intentions pure.

    For when I slowed my breathing,

    And slowed my mind,

    I opened the door to possibility,

    And let the magic unfold.

  • When the tears had ceased to flow,

    Betrayal's truth began to show.

    My deepest fear, in stark daylight,

    Transformed into my guiding light.

    I emerged as my true self, unswayed,

    Bruised and beautiful, unafraid,

    Stripped of all illusions' might,

    Standing naked in the purest light.

    Like a lotus, I began to rise,

    Blossoming under open skies,

    From pain and truth, my spirit groomed,

    In this journey, like a lotus, I bloomed.
